Project Management Yularatech’s PMLC Framework

Yularatech uses industry best-practices for project management tailored for IT delivery. The internal methodology is a tailored Prince2 framework, which we offer to our customers as our default model.

The project management lifecycle is the series of phases that a project goes through from its initiation to closure. The number and names of the phases can vary depending on the methodologies used, but commonly include:

Initiation

This is the beginning of the project where the project is defined and its goals and objectives are established.

Planning

This is where a project plan is developed, which includes identifying tasks, resources, and timelines for completion.

Execution

This is where the project plan is put into action and the work of the project is completed.

Monitoring and controlling

This is where progress is tracked and any necessary adjustments are made to keep the project on track.

Closure

This is the final phase of the project where the final deliverables are handed over to the customer or client and the project is closed out.

The Project management lifecycle helps project managers to stay organized and keep track of the progress of the project. This will also make sure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

DevOps with Yularatech

The following is Yularatech’s DevOps LifeCycle framework – our practices must be used for internal and client test management.

The internal methodology is based on Agile or KanBan / Waterfall principle and is offered to our customers as our default model.

Operations

This is where the solution is maintained and supported after deployment.

Retirement
